Composition
Brassica Campestris Oleifera, Menthol, Eucalyptus Globulus, Mentha piperita, Limonene, Pinus Palustris, Picea Excelsa, Linalool, Lavandula Angustifolia, Citrus Limon Peel, Hyssop Officinalis, Citral, Linalyl acetate, Geraniol, Coumarin.
Usage
Inhaling: Close one nostril and inhale deeply several times. Repeat whenever you feel congested, approximately 3 to 6 times a day.
Sprinkling: Sprinkle a few drops onto a handkerchief or towel and inhale. This method is also recommended for children. Ensure they do not rub their eyes with the handkerchief. The handkerchief can also be placed on the pillow for a better night's sleep by breathing more freely.
Steaming: Add 5 drops of Mentha oil to approximately 1 litre of boiling water. Cover your head over the bowl with a towel and breathe in the hot steam alternately through your nose and mouth, keeping your eyes closed. The essential oils help to clear the bronchial tubes, throat, and nasal cavities.
