Ingredients
Thickener: Organic Acacia gum, lyophilised Organic* Royal Jelly, Organic apple fibres (Malus domestica), 100% plant-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
*3 capsules provide 168 mg freeze-dried Royal Jelly, equivalent to 504 mg Royal Jelly.

Directions for use
From 6 years of age.
Adults: 2 to 3 capsules per day.
Children aged 6 to 12: 1 capsule per day.
Children aged 13 to 17: 2 capsules per day.
Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water during a meal.

Not recommended for individuals with a history of allergies to beehive products.
