Ingredients:
Nettle leaf, Mate tea, Sarsaparilla root, Strawberry leaf, St John's Wort, Sassafras, Raspberry leaf, Sandalwood, Chamomile, Hyssop.
Usage:
2 tablespoons per half litre of boiling water.
Leave to steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
You can drink several cups per day.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
