Ingredients
Blueberry leaf (myrtilli folium)

Usage
One tablespoon of herbs per half litre of boiling water.
Leave to steep for ten minutes and then strain.
You can drink a cup three times a day, hot or cold.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
