Chicory herb (Cichorei herba)

Usage
Pour a cup of cold water over 1 teaspoon of chicory herb. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Strain the tea and drink 2 to 3 cups spread throughout the day. Optionally, create a tea blend with peppermint for flavour.
