Ingredients
Fatty oil: Calendula, Jojoba, FISH OIL, Black walnut, Evening primrose, Arnica.

Usage
For normal maintenance, take 1 teaspoon per day (20-40 drops per day) with plenty of water, approximately 15 minutes before the evening meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
