Composition per daily dose of 3 capsules:

• Magnesium bisglycinate: 300 mg (81% RI)
• Calcium bisglycinate: 150 mg (19% RI)
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from wool fat - 600 IU): 15 mcg (300% RI)

Usage:
