Sourced from Southeast Asia, cinnamon bark is harvested from the cinnamon bark tree. Cinnamon bark oil has a warm, sweet scent closely associated with the familiar dry spice. Use sparingly.

Composition
Cinnamon bark essential oil (Cinnamomum burmanii)

Usage

• Massage: mix 3 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil, e.g. almond oil.
• Diffusion: 2 to 4 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
