Myrtle (Myrtus communis) is known in aromatherapy for its mild and soothing properties. Unlike volatile oils with a very sharp scent, myrtle has a soft, spicy and slightly sweet aroma. When evaporated in a diffuser, the active aromatic molecules spread through the room. This supports free breathing and helps to calm the mind after an active day. As your reliable partner in health, VitAdvice recommends this oil as natural support for maintaining a healthy and vital living environment.
