How it works
The Natural Kajal uses the nourishing properties of plant oils such as jojoba and cottonseed oil. Use & Dosage
Blend the line of the eyeliner if necessary with an eyeshadow brush so that the colour blends nicely into that of the eyeshadow. The pencil can also be used well as an eyeshadow base.
