Usage

• Place half a teaspoon of Kotobuki matcha in a matcha bowl.
• Add almost boiling water (80°C) or milk up to the halfway point.
• Use the bamboo whisk to loosen the matcha lumps. Stir smoothly in a continuous figure of eight, the symbol of infinity, or move the whisk from left to right. Repeat mindfully until a soft, frothy grass-green drink is created without a single lump.
• Whisk the tea and enjoy.
