Usage
You can use santen (creamed coconut) instead of cream or milk. When using santen in a curry or sauce, maintain a liquid (water, stock, or plant-based milk) to santen ratio of between 1:1 or 1:2 (100g santen : 200g liquid), depending on your desired creaminess. For soups, simply melt a block of santen for added creaminess.
