How it works

HG Stain Away no. 5 works on the basis of a specially formulated composition that penetrates deep into the textile fibres to soak loose the specific molecular bonds of cosmetics, natural pigments (such as grass and pollen) and synthetic substances (such as highlighter and chewing gum). Due to the targeted action, the stains are encapsulated and loosened from the fibre, after which they can be easily rinsed out with warm water. This ensures effective cleaning with respect for your textiles.

Usage & Dosage

Follow the steps below to easily remove stains such as make-up, grass, pollen, highlighter & chewing gum from textiles:

1. First, treat a small, inconspicuous part of the fabric and test it for colourfastness.
2. Then, remove as much of the stain residue as possible.
3. Fill a small bowl with HG stain away 5 and place the part of the textile with the stain into the bowl.
4. Leave it to soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Then rub fabric against fabric and rinse well with warm water. Repeat the treatment if necessary and leave it to work for a longer period, but do not let the liquid dry out.
6. For smaller stains, place the textile on an absorbent white surface, for example, a white tissue.
7. Dab with a cloth soaked in the product and then rinse well with warm water.
