How it works
The HG Service Engineer uses a targeted concentration of non-ionic surfactants that liquefy and drain fats and soap residues. During a hot wash programme, these active substances penetrate to the deepest pipes and filters where manual cleaning is impossible. This restores the flow and prevents dirt from re-attaching to the internal components.

Usage & Dosage
Depending on where maintenance is required, there are different methods for using the machine cleaner.
Service engineer for dishwashers
Ensure the washing machine or dishwasher is empty and fill the dishwasher's detergent compartment up to the top line with the cleaner. Set the programme to the highest possible temperature (65 °C). Start the entire programme immediately and let it run without interruption. The dishwasher is now ready for use again.
Service engineer for washing machines
For washing machines, the main detergent compartment or the machine itself should be filled with one full bottle of HG service engineer. Do not add extra detergent. Set the programme to the coloured wash setting (60°C). Then turn on the washing machine and let it run completely and without interruption, including the spin cycle. The washing machine is now ready for use again.
