How it works

HG Laminate protector is carefully formulated as a liquid polymer emulsion that can be applied easily and evenly. After drying, this emulsion transforms into a shiny, extremely strong protective film. This barrier absorbs daily mechanical stress, keeping the original top layer of the laminate free from direct damage. This contributes to a longer lifespan for your floor and supports a clean, vital living environment.

Usage & Dosage

Follow the steps below for the correct use of HG laminate protector. This product can only be used on laminate floors where all seams are fully glued.

1. Ensure the surface is completely clean, grease-free, and dust-free.
2. Do not shake before use. Distribute HG laminate protector undiluted, thinly and evenly, in one direction over the laminate floor using a wax spreader.
3. Let it dry, after which a second layer can optionally be applied at right angles to the first layer after 60 minutes.
4. Approximately 1 to 2 hours after the final treatment, the floor can be walked on again, and it is fully cured after 3 days.
5. The result is a protected, shiny laminate floor.
