Use & Dosage
Wrap the elastic fixation bandage as much as possible in a “tiled” manner, where the layers partially overlap. Pull the bandage only slightly so that it does not constrict. When bandaging, work as much as possible from narrow body parts towards wider body parts, for example from the ankle towards the calf.
