Use & Dosage

For a bath, dissolve approximately 250 to 500 grams of salt in warm water of approximately 37 to 38 degrees Celsius. Stay in the bath for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse the skin briefly with clean water. For a foot bath, a dosage of 2 to 3 tablespoons is sufficient.
