Ingredients

Usage & Dosage
Take 3 capsules once daily half an hour before bedtime with water. Suitable for children from 3 years old. Not suitable for those wishing to conceive or during pregnancy, but suitable during breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication use. Do not use in combination with medicines that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
