Ingredients
LACTOSE monohydrate, maize starch, talc (E553B), magnesium stearate. The capsule wall contains: yellow and black iron oxide (E172), indigotine (E132), sodium erythrosine (E127), titanium dioxide and gelatin.
Use & Dosage
Adults: For acute diarrhoea, start with 2 capsules (4 mg), then 1 capsule (2 mg) after each subsequent loose stool. Maximum 8 capsules per day. For chronic diarrhoea, start with 2 capsules per day and adjust until solid stool is achieved 1 to 2 times a day (usually 1 to 6 capsules per day). Children from 8 years of age: For acute diarrhoea, start with 1 capsule (2 mg), then 1 capsule after each loose stool. The maximum daily dosage depends on body weight: 20-27 kg (max 3), 27-34 kg (max 4), 34-40 kg (max 5), 40-47 kg (max 6), 47-54 kg (max 7), >54 kg (max 8 capsules). Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not use for longer than 14 days.

Do not use if allergic to any of the substances, in children under 2 years of age (capsules not under 8 years), in case of possible poisoning, megacolon, constipation, persistent abdominal pain with high fever, blood/mucus in stool or severe bowel inflammation. There is a risk of dehydration; drink enough (2 litres per day). Consult a doctor first in case of HIV, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Can influence the effect of other medicines. Consult a doctor if the diarrhoea has not decreased after 48 hours or in case of specific medical conditions such as diabetes or kidney diseases.
