Physalis Organic Citronella is obtained through careful steam distillation of the leaves of the Cymbopogon winterianus (citronella grass). Usage & Dosage

Oral: 2 times a day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.

Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.

Diffuse for 10 to 15 minutes, every hour.
