Ingredients
Ascorbic acid, cellulose (filler), croscarmellose sodium, bioflavonoids, rose hips, crospovidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (filler), coating (HPMC).

Usage
Recommended maintenance dose: 1 tablet twice daily, preferably taken after a meal. The maximum dose is 4 tablets, unless otherwise advised. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
