Apply a suitable amount of shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage the shampoo into the scalp and distribute it evenly over the lengths of the hair. Leave the active ingredients to work for 1 to 2 minutes for optimal nourishment. Then rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat if necessary.
