When you sustain a small cut on your finger in the kitchen or workshop, a standard plaster can quickly come loose due to movement or moisture. This not only hinders your daily routine but also poses safety risks in professional environments such as the food industry. The Heltiq finger plaster offers the reliable solution you need to continue your work safely and hygienically.
- Extra-long adhesive side ensures the plaster can be wrapped around the finger multiple times for a secure hold, even with intensive bending.
- Blue colour and metal strip make the plaster immediately visually and electronically detectable, which is essential for HACCP work environments.
- Elastic textile moves smoothly with your joints for optimal wearing comfort throughout the day.
- Skin-friendly wound pad protects the cut without sticking to the wound, which supports recovery.
How it works
These finger plasters have been specifically developed for situations where hygiene and safety go hand in hand. By using a non-food-grade blue colour, the plaster stands out immediately if it accidentally ends up in a production process. The integrated metal strip ensures that metal detectors signal the plaster, allowing you to meet the strict requirements of the food processing industry. The extra-long design provides the necessary stability that a standard plaster lacks for finger injuries.
