Use & Dosage
Apply as needed, several times a day. If you suffer from a dry mouth at night, it is good to apply the gel before going to sleep as well. In case of severe dry mouth complaints, rinse with water before use. Apply a pea-sized amount of gel to a finger or the tongue. Distribute the gel over the entire mouth using the tongue. If someone else is helping, a cotton swab can be used to apply the gel. Swallowing the gel is safe.
