Ingredients

Bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, cellulose), California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), ascorbic acid, maize starch, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid), ferrous fumarate, colour (iron oxide), pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin, humectant (polysorbate 80), cyanocobalamin, melatonin, glazing agents (beeswax, carnauba wax).

Usage

Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime. Swallow the tablet whole with water, for example.

Use is not recommended for children under 18, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for people with autoimmune diseases.
