Ingredients
Ashwagandha (washed in MILK), thickener (cellulose as capsule shell), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, talc), BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract).
Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules once daily, preferably before or during a meal with water. If desired, a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day can be adopted later. Suitable for children aged 12 and over.
Not suitable when trying to conceive, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. Consult a professional if using thyroid medication.
