Use & Dosage
On the top of the cassette you will see a blue triangle; this is the side through which you both inhale and exhale. It is advisable to sit down during a hyperventilation attack, preferably on a chair with a straight back, e.g., a dining chair. You bring the cassette to your mouth and begin inhaling and exhaling through the cassette. You continue to breathe through the cassette until the attack subsides and transitions into calm breathing. The time required to recover from an attack varies per person. As soon as you start inhaling and exhaling through the cassette, you will notice that the attack and symptoms soon decrease.
