Usage & Dosage
Children from 3 years: take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) per day with a fat-containing meal. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) per day. The oil can be taken pure or mixed into cold drinks or dishes. Keep to the recommended dosage. A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.

Store unopened packaging at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
