How it works
This night guard acts as a protective barrier between the upper and lower jaw, absorbing the impact of clenching and grinding. Use & Dosage
Customise the guard: Place the guard in 80-90° C water for 15 seconds. Remove it with a spoon, shake off the hot water and place it in your mouth. Bite into the guard and press it firmly against your teeth on all sides (including the sides). After cooling, the guard retains its final shape.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use if you are under 18 years of age; in case of loose teeth, mouth sores, severe gum disease or after recent dental surgery (3 months). Not suitable for TMJ syndrome, severe jaw pain or when wearing braces or dentures. Consult an expert if in doubt.
