Usage & Dosage

Children over 12 years and adults: take 1 stick of powder half an hour to an hour before bedtime. Drinking water is not necessary, you pour the contents of the stick onto your tongue and let the powder melt slowly. We recommend pouring the stick out in two parts. Or mix the contents of the stick into yoghurt/quark or tea.
