Use & Dosage

Place the brush head on your compatible Oral-B electric toothbrush (not suitable for iO). Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes. Dentists recommend replacing the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles are worn, to ensure optimal cleaning.
