Ingredients
Cinnamon* 40%, anise* 13%, liquorice*, apple*, ginger*, coriander seed*, cloves* 4%, cardamom*, nutmeg*.

Usage
Add the tea bag to a cup of boiling water at 100°C. Steep for 5 minutes.

Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
