How it works
The active substance bromhexine hydrochloride is a mucolytic that lowers the viscosity of stuck mucus. By tackling the structure of the mucus, it becomes more fluid. This process supports the natural cleaning mechanism of the lungs, allowing the body to remove excess mucus more easily. It is a trusted method to relieve the airways in case of persistent, chesty coughs.
