Usage & Dosage
Inhaler: Remove the cap before use. Hold the stick close to the nose or in the nostril and inhale deeply through the nose. After use, clean the tip and replace the cap. Drops: Twist the top part of the inhaler off the dropper. Steam bath: Drip a small amount into a bowl of hot, not boiling water. Place a towel over your head and over the bowl. Keep your eyes closed and inhale the released vapours as deeply as possible through the nose for 5 to 10 minutes.
