Ingredients: Rice starch (filler), HPMC vegetarian capsules (shell), Lactase OptiFerm® (lactase, carrier (dextrose, trehalose)).
Usage: Take 2-3 capsules before lactose-containing meals. In some cases, 1 capsule is also sufficient. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
