Bulking agent (Calcium Carbonate), Griffonia Seed Extract (Griffonia simplicifolia), Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Vegan glazing agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).

Usage
Take up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Start with one tablet and increase if necessary, unless otherwise advised. 5-HTP is best used for periods of up to 3 months. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Mild drowsiness may occur in some people. It is advised to avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how you react to 5-HTP.
