Ingredients
Magnesium (UltraMag® sucrosomial magnesium), microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose (fillers), sodium starch glycolate, sodium croscarmellose (humectants), magnesium stearate, non-nano colloidal silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents).
Usage & Dosage
Adults: take 1 to 2 tablets daily during or immediately after a meal, or half an hour before bedtime.
Children 6 to 12 years: ½ to 1 tablet daily.
Children 3 to 6 years: ¼ to ½ tablet daily.
May have a laxative effect.
