Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a meal with water, for the first two months. The daily dose can, if preferred, also be taken all at once (preferably 3 capsules in the morning). If desired, one can later switch to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day. Due to the use of natural raw materials, the colour may vary per batch.
