Use & Dosage
Spray once per nostril several times a day as needed. Adults: up to a maximum of 6 times per day. Children from 3 years: up to a maximum of 2 to 3 times per day. Can be used for up to 30 consecutive days. Shake before use and remove the cap. Keep the bottle upright while spraying.
