Ingredients
Filling: Macrogol 600, Potassium hydroxide (minimum purity 85%), Purified water. Capsule shell: Liquid sorbitol (E420), partially dehydrated, Gelatin, Ponceau 4R (E124). Ink: Opacode WB white NS-78-18011 (consisting of titanium dioxide (E171), propylene glycol, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464)).
Use & Dosage
For adults and adolescents from approximately 40 kg: Starting dose: take 1 or 2 capsules (200 mg or 400 mg ibuprofen) with water. If necessary, take additional doses of 1 or 2 capsules (200 mg to 400 mg ibuprofen), but never take more than a total of 6 capsules in 24 hours. The interval between two doses must not be shorter than 4 hours for the 200 mg dose and not shorter than 6 hours for the 400 mg dose. For children from 20 kg (approximately 6 years) to 39 kg body weight: The maximum total daily dose of ibuprofen is 20-30 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3 to 4 single doses. The interval between two doses must not be shorter than 6 hours. The total dose of 30 mg/kg per 24 hours must never be exceeded. Children 20 kg – 29 kg: 1 capsule (200 mg), maximum 3 capsules per 24 hours. Children 30 kg – 39 kg: 1 capsule (200 mg), maximum 4 capsules per 24 hours. Swallow capsules whole with water.

Do not use if: allergic to ibuprofen or other substances in this medicine; history of shortness of breath, asthma or swelling after using NSAIDs; stomach ulcer or stomach bleeding; severe liver, kidney or heart disease; brain haemorrhage or active bleeding; severe dehydration; during the last three months of pregnancy.
