Ingredients
Magnesium, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, magnesium hydrogen carbonate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, colour: calcium carbonate, stabilisers: fatty acids, polyethylene glycol, glycerol.
Usage
Adults 1 tablet daily. Take the tablet with sufficient water, preferably during or after a meal. Do not chew the tablet, but swallow it whole or broken in two.
May have a laxative effect.
