Ingredients
methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), disodium edetate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466), sodium saccharin (E954), grenadine flavour (contains, among other things, propylene glycol and glycerol triacetate (E1518)), strawberry flavour (contains, among other things, propylene glycol), sorbitol (E420), sodium hydroxide (E524) and purified water.
Use & Dosage
Shake the bottle before use, measure the correct dosage in the measuring cup and take immediately. Adults: 1 measuring cup of 15 ml (=600 mg), once daily. Children over 7 years: 1 measuring cup of 5 ml (=200 mg), three times daily. For patients who have difficulty coughing up (elderly and weakened patients), it is recommended to take the oral solution in the morning. Maximum dosage: 15 ml per day. If there is no improvement in the complaint, do not use for longer than 14 days without consulting a doctor.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to acetylcysteine or any of the excipients. Children under 2 years of age must not use this medicine. Warning: This medicine affects the results of certain blood tests. Inform your doctor in advance. Stop use immediately if you feel tightness or shortness of breath in the chest or if there are changes to the skin and/or mucous membranes and contact a doctor. Consult a GP in case of shortness of breath, coughing up blood, fever or complaints lasting longer than three weeks. Do not use together with cough suppressants.
