Add the powder to half a glass of lukewarm water, let it stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before going to sleep. The recommended dosage for children from birth to 1 year is 3 grams per day (1.5 measuring scoops). Add to warmed bottle feed, expressed breast milk or a small amount of boiled and cooled water (maximum temperature 37 °C), do not let it stand for longer than 5 minutes.
