Usage & Dosage
Internal use: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day. If used as a leavening agent, an acid (e.g. lemon juice) must be added, where 1 part bicarbonate of soda is equal to 3 parts baking powder.External use: Add approximately 100 grams to a warm bath as bath salts. Can be used in combination with coconut oil as a natural deodorant. Add a tablespoon to the washing machine as a natural cleaning agent and laundry booster. As a stain remover: apply to the stain, let it soak for an hour, and then wash the garment according to the normal wash programme.
