Directions for use: Apply one or more times a day to the affected joints. The gel is pleasant to use and has a fresh scent. Allow it to absorb; rinsing is not necessary. For severe discomfort, you can also use the gel as a compress for the joint. Covering with foil provides extra warmth, which helps the gel absorb better and work optimally.
