Usage
For porridge: cook the oats for 2 to 3 minutes in (plant-based) milk and allow to stand briefly.
For muesli: if desired, soak the oats overnight in water, optionally with a little lemon juice. Discard the soaking water afterwards and rinse the oats. Add nuts, seeds, kernels, some fruit, etc., as desired. Due to their fine texture and mild flavour, the oats are also suitable for use in soups, smoothies, oatcakes, oat milk, muffins, savoury tarts, etc.
