Use & Dosage
Place the coloured adhesive side of the disc on the gums and/or tooth, top or bottom. The white side faces the cheek. Use the tongue to place the adhesive tablet in a comfortable location. Do not touch the adhesive tablet with the tongue or fingers for 10 seconds afterwards, so as not to disturb the adhesion.
