How it works
The active substance acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It breaks the chemical bonds in the mucus structure, reducing the viscosity of the thick mucus in the airways. Ingredients
Acetylcysteine, sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500) (corresponding to 115 mg sodium), citric acid (E330), sucralose (E955) and orange flavouring (contains, among other things, gum arabic (E414), butylated hydroxyanisole (E320), citric acid monohydrate (E330) and maltodextrin).
Use & Dosage
1 effervescent tablet once a day. Dissolve the tablet in 0.5 glass of water and drink immediately. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage of 1 tablet per 24 hours.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients or in children under two years of age. This medicine affects the results of certain blood tests; inform your doctor. Stop immediately in case of a tight/constricted feeling in the chest or changes to the skin/mucous membranes. Consult a doctor in case of: complaints over 75 years of age, shortness of breath at rest, wheezing, drowsiness, coughing up blood, cough as a possible side effect of medication or complaints lasting longer than three weeks.
