Usage & Dosage

Add boiling water (80°C). Leave to steep for 3 minutes. Bring fresh water to the boil and let the water boil for a while if necessary. Spring water is very suitable for brewing tea, but not necessary. Use spring water especially if the tap water contains a lot of limescale or other unwanted flavours. Then rinse the teapot or cup with a little boiling water so that it is preheated. Place the tea bag in the pot and let the tea steep. For a stronger or lighter tea, you can adjust the time or, if desired, use a second bag. Stir the tea briefly before pouring.
