Lucovitaal Magnesium green tea contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

Composition per daily dose of 3 cups:
Green tea (158.1%), ginger (42%), magnesium lactate (30%) (= 15% of the Nutrient Reference Value), lemongrass (27%), sage (27%), grapefruit juice concentrate (9%), natural grapefruit flavouring (6%), cardamom (0.9%).

Directions for use:
Allow the tea bag to steep for at least 2 to 3 minutes in 200 ml of hot (80-90°C) water. Drink three cups for 60 mg of pure magnesium.

Important information regarding green tea:
The maximum daily dose of EGCG is 800 mg. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
